The breakfast was good with beautiful views and pretty friendly and pleasant staff. There were comfortable beds and central heating, a work desk, and a TV set inside the room. The location was great because it was near to the hotel's main restaurant and Alsace.
The room was a little expensive, for me personally.

It had an attractive building with a typically Alsatian decor, fitting perfectly with the picturesque and quiet location. From my lovely balcony, I could admire the breathtaking views of the vineyards stretching across the hills to the next small town. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Tanya who was a true gem. She made my arrival after a long day of travel a breeze and set the tone for a wonderful stay at the Arnold. The beds were comfy, the shower was fantastic, and the overall experience was exceptional. Cons: Nothing to be said. ❤️.

The attention to detail is impressive - from the elegant decor to the stunning views from the rooms with balconies. The staff are friendly and attentive, making you feel truly spoilt. And to top it off, the breakfast spread is perfect to start your day.

I recently had an amazing business trip and my stay at this hotel was exceptional. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, beautifully decorated, and the beds were super comfortable. I loved the location of the hotel, surrounded by beautiful vineyards, it was serene and peaceful. Another plus point was that the hotel had spa facilities, and the environment was calm and rejuvenating.
The only negative aspect I could point out was that the breakfast could have been served for a slightly longer duration on the weekend. It ended too early for those of us who like to sleep in on the weekends.
